How Fuel Injectors Work

Fuel injectors spray fuel into a car’s engine using electronically controlled valves. These valves can open and close many times a second and have an atomising nozzle designed to distribute the fuel evenly, which is critical for proper combustion.

Over time, carbon deposits from burning gas can cause build-up on your fuel injectors and fuel system. This buildup causes issues with the spray pattern of the injector which then causes engine performance issues.

Basic fuel injection service involves cleaning all the build up and flushing it out of your fuel system.
